Job summary

Countrywide Mortgage Services in Steyning is seeking a Qualified Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team. The role offers OTE £30k-£40k with superb training and development, uncapped commission, and leads generated from Estate Agency colleagues.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who is adaptable, self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Central admin support and IT tools help you succeed.

Qualifications

• CeMAP or equivalent mortgage qualification.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Exceptional customer care / service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; IT literate; driving license.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
• Attracting new customers and business in a result-driven environment.
• Walk customers through the entire mortgage service, advising on products to meet needs.
• Participate in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and relationships.

Main Responsibilities

• Building relationships with the Estate Agency teams in order to provide training and support.
• Attracting new customers and business, whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment.
• Being able to walk our customers through the entire mortgage service, including providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs.
• Taking part in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.

Skills And Experience Required

• Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
