Job summary

King & Chasemore Estate Agency in Worthing is seeking a Qualified Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor. OTE £30k-£40k, with superb training and a structured progression path.

You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and build relationships with estate agency teams to generate leads and support customers through the mortgage process. The role requires a Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification, outstanding customer care skills, and a full UK driving license.

Qualifications

• Full CeMAP or industry qualification.
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
• Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Able to walk customers through mortgage service and products.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
