Connells Group is seeking a Qualified Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our Fox & Sons Worthing branch. This role is ideal for a CeMAP-qualified individual looking to start or develop a career in mortgage and protection advice.

With industry-leading training, dedicated support and high-quality leads, you'll gain the skills and experience needed to build a successful career within one of the UK's leading property services groups.

Qualifications

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a career in financial services.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
