Job summary

Austin & Wyatt in Southampton, part of Connells Group, is seeking a Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor. You’ll build relationships with customers, learn to recommend mortgage and protection products, and guide clients from initial consultation to completion.

Bring your sales experience from another industry and we’ll provide structured training, coaching, and guaranteed customer leads to help you succeed, with OTE £30k–£40k and uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or willingness to study toward it.
• Confidence talking to customers and explaining information clearly.
• Commitment to high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Get to know customers and understand home buying and financial needs.
• Learn to recommend mortgage and protection products with guidance.

What You’ll Do
