Job summary

Connells Group in Clapham’s Barnard Marcus branch is seeking a CeMAP-qualified Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor. You’ll train with industry-leading programmes, benefit from high-quality leads and support to build a successful career in mortgage advice.

This role offers a competitive base with an OTE £60k, uncapped commission and clear progression. You’ll develop advisory skills, build relationships with estate agencies, and guide customers through the mortgage process with excellent service.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a career in financial services.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities
