Job summary

Just Mortgages invites you to join the JM academy in Swindon as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser trainee. You will receive structured on‑the‑job training from our Learning & Development team to help you grow in a high‑performance environment.

The role requires CeMAP 1 and a passion for success in the financial sector, along with a strong customer service mindset and a desire to build a rewarding career in mortgage advice. UK driving licence and right to work are required.

Benefits of joining the JM academy

• Basic annual salary of £22,000
• Realistic on target earnings of £35,000 to £40,000 per year
• £3000 car allowance
• Training support package of £500 per month for your first six months of employment
• Fully Uncapped commission scheme

We are currently conducting some interviews using video software.To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
• We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:
  • Passport/Birth Certificate

We will also need:
