Job summary

Spicerhaart Group Ltd. is recruiting for Just Mortgages Academy to kickstart your career as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser.

The academy provides extensive on-the-job training through the Learning & Development Team at Swindon. You will hold CeMAP 1 and develop sales skills in a high-ambition environment with a realistic OTE of £35k–£40k, a £3,000 car allowance, and a supportive training package of £500 per month for six months.

Qualifications

• CeMAP 1 qualification is required.
• Sales experience or interest in finance is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and a strong work ethic are essential.

• Basic annual salary of £22,000
• Realistic on target earnings of £35,000 to £40,000 per year

We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
• We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:
  • Passport/Birth Certificate

We will also need:

• Drivers Licence Check
