Job summary

Just Mortgages is launching the JM Academy in Bedford to train and recruit the next generation of Mortgage and Protection Advisers. The academy provides extensive on-the-job coaching from our Learning & Development Team to help individuals reach their full potential.

We offer a basic salary of £22,000 with realistic on-target earnings of £35,000 to £40,000 per year, plus a £3,000 car allowance and a training package of £500 per month for the first six months.

Qualifications

• CeMAP 1 qualification is required.
• Excellent customer service and a proactive attitude.
• Experience in sales or finance is highly desired.
