Job summary

Just Mortgages relies on the JM academy to train Mortgage and Protection Advisers. The programme offers a structured, on-the-job training with on-going coaching by our Learning & Development team, aiming to unlock full potential in a lucrative mortgage advisory career.

The academy includes a 3-week Bedford-based training, a strong support package, and a pathway to a high-performance career within a large, well-established property financial services group.

Qualifications

• CeMAP 1 qualification or equivalent is required.
• Experience in sales or finance is highly desirable but not essential.
• Excellent customer service is essential.

• Basic annual salary of £22,000
• Realistic on target earnings of £35,000 to £40,000 per year
