Fast Track Mortgage Adviser Academy (16 Month Salary Guarantee now included)

An outstanding opportunity to commence a long-term career in Financial Services as a full-time, fully employed, home-based CeMAP qualified Mortgage Adviser working for one of the UK’s leading mortgage providers. The role involves home-based working after completing the initial 16 weeks of office-based training.

Job Title:

Trainee Mortgage Adviser

Compensation and Benefits:
  1. Enhanced Salary & Guarantee Structure:
    • During the first 16 weeks of training: £25K per annum basic salary.
    • Months 4-6: Basic salary plus guaranteed commission to £30K per annum.
    • Months 7-10: Basic salary plus guaranteed commission to £32.5K per annum.
    • Months 10-16: Basic salary plus guaranteed commission to £35K per annum.
    • From month 17: £25K basic salary plus unlimited commission, with a realistic OTE of £45K+.
  2. Contract Basis: Full-time, permanent, employed role (14 positions available).
  3. Location: Initially office-based in Milton Keynes for 16 weeks; thereafter, home working is available. Candidates must live within an hour’s commute of Milton Keynes and have access to a car.
  4. Target: Candidates with a strong desire for a career in Financial Services, especially in mortgages and protection, including recent graduates or those with limited experience.
  5. Post-training salary: From month 4, guaranteed monthly commission increases over 12 months, with a realistic OTE of £50K+ in the second year.
  6. CeMAP qualification support: Full financial support for CF1 & CF6 exams, including materials and exam costs.
  7. Working hours: During training, 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with no holidays during this period. Post-training hours vary between 9 AM - 6 PM and 11 AM - 8 PM, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work.
  8. Timeline: Immediate interviews, with a start date in April 2025.
Role Description:

This is a telephone-based role focused on providing quality mortgage and protection advice. Contacting customers, securing appointments, and processing applications are handled by our support teams, allowing advisers to focus on advice and sales. The role offers opportunities for career progression, with many colleagues advancing into management roles.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Educated to A level or equivalent (preferable but not essential).
  • Strong desire to work in Financial Services, especially mortgages and protection.
  • Proven customer service and sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Organized, disciplined, and structured approach to work.
  • Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
