Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Taylors Estate Agency is looking for a Qualified Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team in Luton. The role offers an OTE of £35k.

We seek an exceptional individual with the skills, attributes, and drive to enhance our customers' experience throughout the mortgage process.

You should be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support
• Attracting new clients and business, achieving professional goals in a result-oriented environment
• Guiding customers through the mortgage process and advising on suitable products
• Participating in branch meetings to share best practices and foster relationships

Skills and experience required:

• CeMap or industry equivalent qualification
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
