Location: Luton

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 basic DOE, plus uncapped commission OTE £50,000 pa +

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities of the Mortgage Advisor:

  1. Provide comprehensive mortgage advice to clients, tailored to their individual needs.
  2. Manage the mortgage application process, from initial consultation monitoring through to completion.
  3. Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products and market trends.
  5. Work collaboratively with estate agents to convert leads into successful applications.

Requirements for a Mortgage Advisor:

  1. CeMAP or CII certificate in Mortgage advice qualified.
  2. Sales experience in any discipline would be useful.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
