Spicerhaart Group Ltd. is launching the Just Mortgages Academy to kick start your career as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. The academy, run by the Learning & Development Team, provides extensive training and coaching to help each individual reach their potential and start a lucrative, high-performance career.

The program requires CeMAP 1, a passion for finance, and excellent customer service. It offers a three-week Bedford training course, on-the-job coaching, and a gateway to a lucrative

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must hold CeMAP 1 or equivalent.

Benefits of joining the JM academy

• Basic annual salary of £22,000
• Realistic on target earnings of £35,000 to £40,000 per year
• £3000 car allowance
• Training support package of £500 per month for your first six months of employment
• Fully Uncapped commission scheme

We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
• We'll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:
  • Passport/Birth Certificate
