Job summary

Just Mortgages Academy offers a structured pathway to become a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. Train full time in Swindon, with extensive on-the-job coaching and industry-leading support from the Learning & Development Team.

You must hold CeMAP 1 to be considered. The package includes £22,000 base salary, realistic OTE £35,000–£40,000, a £3,000 car allowance and a £500 monthly training support for six months, plus a fully uncapped commission scheme.

We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
• We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:
  • Passport/Birth Certificate
