Qualifications

• A Level 2 or Level 3 automotive qualification.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry.
• A practical, hands‑on approach and willingness to learn.
• Good problem‑solving skills.
• The confidence to talk to and help customers.
• Resilience, reliability and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• You’ll onboard with guidance from experienced colleagues, with mentoring and shadowing as you progress.
• You’ll gain practical experience working on vehicles, developing skills in servicing, inspections and fault finding.
• Depending on location, you may build roadside assistance skills as you progress through the programme.
• As competence grows, you’ll take on more responsibility and work more independently.
