Job summary

The AA is recruiting a Trainee Mobile Mechanic as part of a structured development programme. From day one you’ll learn through onboarding, training, mentoring and shadowing, gradually taking on more responsibility while working on customers’ vehicles.

You’ll gain practical experience in servicing, inspections and fault finding, with progression toward independent work. Previous full-time automotive experience isn’t essential; your potential, attitude and enthusiasm matter.

Qualifications

• No prior professional experience required; potential and attitude matter most.
• Level 2/3 automotive qualification is required.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
• Interest in cars and automotive industry is essential.
• Willingness to learn and develop practical skills.

Responsibilities
