Qualifications

• Full training provided for entrants with no experience.
• Ability to read orders and drawings to meet tolerances.
• Willingness to learn and work within safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a range of manual and CNC machinery for metal processing.
• Process steel to customer specs and tolerances.
• Follow the company's quality system for traceability of orders.
• Read orders and drawings; follow verbal instructions.
• Carry out daily checks on equipment, cranes, and forklifts.
• Assist with loading/unloading plates from plasma and laser machines.
• Identify and locate different steel products using measuring equipment.
• Maintain clean and tidy machines and work areas.
• Report accidents, faults, and incidents to supervisors.
