McDonald’s United Kingdom is recruiting a Trainee Manager to be at the heart of the restaurant experience, leading a team to deliver hospitality, clean spaces, and friendly service.

This full-time role requires 40 hours per week with shifts across weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings, and overnight. Candidates must be fully flexible to meet these scheduling requirements and progress through an accelerated training programme into leadership.

Qualifications

• One year of experience leading or managing teams.
• Open to graduates seeking to fast-track leadership.
• Able to work across a variety of shifts including overnights.
• Positive, proactive approach to learning and teamwork.
