Trainee Maintenance Engineer
£33,000 - £37,000 + Training + Overtime
Oldbury (Commutable from Birmingham, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Walsall and surrounding areas)

Are you a Mechanical Engineer looking to join a market-leading manufacturer offering excellent work-life balance, training opportunities, and long-term job security?

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive and planned preventative maintenance, troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and supporting production efficiency. You will also be involved in welding, fabrication, and continuous improvement activities to help reduce downtime and maintain site performance.

This role would suit a mechanically skilled engineer with maintenance experience looking for a permanent position with excellent benefits and no weekend work.

The Role
  • Reactive and planned maintenance across a range of mechanical machinery

  • Monday - Friday, 37-hour week with early Friday finish
