About the Role

Our lifeguards are on hand to ensure our guests have a great time and stay safe in the pool and on the flumes in Splash Waterworld. Safety is our top priority, requiring superb attention to detail, excellent guest interaction, and exceptional customer service. You will promote and run poolside activities, creating memorable experiences for our guests.

If you have a lifeguard qualification, that's great; otherwise, we will provide training through your NPLQ course to start your career in lifeguarding. This is a permanent role with shifts between 8.30am - 9pm, mainly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with additional hours during school holidays. Flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential as we operate 7 days a week, and you will be an important part of our team.

We consider both part-time and full-time applications. Live-in accommodation may be available for those over 18 and relocating.

About You

We seek enthusiastic individuals with a natural ability to engage and relate to a diverse range of people. You should be a strong swimmer with excellent attention to detail to monitor the pool effectively during busy times. Previous lifeguard experience is a plus, but we are happy to support your training with a fully-funded NPLQ qualification.

You will work with a great team but may also supervise areas independently.
