About the Role

Our lifeguards are on hand to ensure our guests have a great time while staying safe in the pool and on the flumes at Splash Waterworld! Safety is our top priority, so this role requires excellent attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to interact positively with guests. You will promote and run poolside activities to create memorable experiences.

If you already have a lifeguard qualification, that's great. If not, we will train you through our fully-funded NPLQ course, providing all the necessary training to start your lifeguarding career.

This is a permanent role with shifts between 8:30 am and 9:00 pm, mainly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with additional hours available during school holidays. Our business operates 7 days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential. We consider both part-time and full-time applications. Accommodation may be available for those over 18 and relocating.

About You

We seek enthusiastic individuals with a natural ability to engage and relate with a diverse range of people. You should be a strong swimmer with excellent attention to detail to monitor the pool effectively during busy times. Previous lifeguard experience is a plus, but we are happy to support your certification with our fully-funded NPLQ course.

You will work as part of a team but also supervise areas independently when needed.
