About the Role

Our lifeguards are on hand to ensure our guests have a great time while staying safe in the pool and on the flumes in Splash Waterworld. Guest safety is our top priority, so this role requires superb attention to detail, interaction with guests, and providing exceptional customer service. You will promote and run poolside activities, creating memorable experiences for our guests.

If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that's great; otherwise, we will provide training through your NPLQ course to start your career in lifeguarding. This permanent role involves a variety of shifts between 8:30 am and 9:00 pm, primarily on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with additional hours during school holidays. Our business operates 7 days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential, as you will be an important part of our team.

We consider both part-time and full-time applications.

Live-in accommodation may be available for those over 18 and relocating to the area.

About You

We seek enthusiastic individuals with a natural ability to engage with a wide range of people.

You need to be a strong swimmer with excellent attention to detail to monitor the pool effectively during busy times. If you already have a lifeguard qualification, we want to hear from you. If not, we are happy to support you in obtaining your NPLQ, fully funded by us.

You will work with a great team but may also supervise areas independently at times.
