Qualifications

• No experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Must have access to own vehicle and hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Market properties to potential tenants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and tenancy terms.
• Agree new tenancies with landlords and tenants.
• Generate new leads via canvassing and leafleting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Continue training and development with mentor support.
