The position features full-time hours and uncapped commission, with a strong progression path within the Spicerhaart group. Two weeks of paid training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester, followed by ongoing development and mentorship,

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training, guidance and support provided.
• Excellent people skills and a positive, ambitious attitude preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities are beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Market properties to potential tenants and generate interest.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings with applicants.
• Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies with landlords and tenants.
• Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking and leafleting.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Continue training with mentor support to progress in the role.
