haart Estate Agents in Clacton is looking for a driven, people-focused Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our friendly team. No previous property experience required; we provide training, coaching and support to build knowledge and confidence as you help landlords and tenants, arrange viewings and guide tenants to their next home.

You will begin with two weeks at our Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, with fully-paid accommodation in Colchester and meals provided.

Qualifications

• No previous property experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Market properties to potential tenants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers.
• Agree new tenancies.
• Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Continue training with close support from your mentor.
