The role includes a structured two-week training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre and ongoing development within a supportive team. The position offers a £28,000 OTE per year with uncapped commission, full-time hours and a clear path to promotion within the first year.

Qualifications

• Ambitious and high-energy individual with strong relationship-building skills.
• Good communication and customer-facing abilities.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Market properties to potential tenants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies.
• Generate new leads through canvassing and leaflet dropping.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Continue training and development with mentor support.
