Job summary

Connells Group in Eastbourne is seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator) to join the fox & sons residential sales team. This entry-level role provides full training and a clear career path across Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, and more.

You will learn the estate agency model through a structured development programme, with a £25k basic salary plus uncapped commission and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and service.
