Job summary

Connells Group in Hinckley is seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator to deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants within a busy residential lettings team. You will generate and book rental valuations, conduct property viewings and progress lets to move-in.

The role offers a £25k basic salary with uncapped commission, industry-leading training, and clear career progression opportunities across Lettings, Sales and Mortgage Services within one of the UK’s leading property brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or sales is required.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Holding a full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator

The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. Your responsibilities include:

• Generating and booking rental valuations and market appraisals

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For
