Job summary

Marsh Commercial is seeking motivated individuals for an Associate Client Advisor / Trainee Insurance Broker role in London. You will join an apprenticeship programme backed by BPP, with training leading to Cert CII and Level 3 Insurance Practitioner qualifications.

Initially you will service a dedicated client portfolio, handle renewals and quotes, and work with insurers to provide suitable products and support client needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client-facing role is welcome but not required.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Right to work in the UK or Ireland (visa sponsorship not provided).
• GCSEs in English & Maths at minimum grade 4 (or equivalent).
• Willingness to pursue apprenticeship training and professional qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service and account management for a dedicated client portfolio.
• Manage renewals, invoicing, quotes, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Handle client queries and coordinate with insurer partners.
• Develop relationships with insurers and internal teams to deliver effective risk management solutions.
• Complete assigned tasks on time while maintaining high service standards.
