Job summary

Marsh Commercial is recruiting for an Associate Client Advisor / Trainee Insurance Broker in London. You will start on an 18-month apprenticeship, with training from BPP and progression to a Client Advisor after completion, aiming for a long-term insurance career.

We recruit for potential, not industry experience, and you will service a dedicated client portfolio, handling renewals, invoicing, quotes, and upselling while supporting colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client/customer facing role (retail, hospitality, etc).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Right to Work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
• Minimum GCSEs incl English & Maths.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service on account management to clients.
• Speak with clients daily via phone and email.
• Use insurance broking systems daily.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and provide suitable products to mitigate risk.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and client satisfaction.
• Develop relationships with insurer partners to better serve clients.
• Through training, coaching and mentoring understand major classes of insurance offered.
