Job summary

Chase Taylor Recruitment is seeking motivated individuals to join its team as Trainee Install Engineers. No previous installation experience is required, and full training with ongoing support will help you become a fully qualified Install Engineer.

You’ll assist with installing residential roller doors while developing valuable technical skills. There are multiple roles nationwide, including opportunities across the UK.

Qualifications

• No prior installation experience required.
• Willing to learn a skilled trade.
• Positive attitude and reliable.
• Friendly with good communication skills.
• Flexible and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of residential roller doors and related products.
• Learn installation techniques from experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Survey teams for smooth project delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional representation.
• Follow health and safety procedures and maintain workmanship standards.
• Support with troubleshooting and after-sales visits as needed.
• Complete installation documentation accurately.
• Attend training sessions to develop technical skills.
