Qualifications

• No previous installation experience required.
• Full on-the-job training provided to become a qualified Install Engineer.
• Desirable: valid UK driving licence or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of residential roller doors and related products.
• Learn installation techniques from experienced engineers.
• Work with Sales and Survey teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the company.
• Follow health and safety procedures and maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Support troubleshooting and after-sales visits as required.
• Complete installation documentation accurately.
• Attend training sessions to develop technical skills.
