Job summary

Vita Health Group invites applications for Trainee High Intensity Therapists (HITs) to join the Nottingham Talking Therapies service in the March cohort at the University of Lincoln. The role features a 12-month fixed-term training, combining 3 days of clinical practice with 2 days of academic study, with hybrid delivery and one late shift per week.

Successful candidates will work toward a PGDip Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, supported by weekly supervision from both the university and Vita

Qualifications

• Experience with CBT and ability to demonstrate KSA portfolio by interview date.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in a mental health discipline.
• Membership or eligibility for BABCP accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver High Intensity CBT interventions as per NICE guidance.
• Receive weekly supervision from both university and workplace.
• Split week between clinical practice and university-based training.
