Frontier Agriculture is recruiting an ambitious driver to join our Bulk Fleet on a permanent, full-time basis. This trainee role offers fully funded Category C+E (Class 1) licence training and a clear career pathway within our Bulk Fleet.

Following training, you will operate our Class 1 trucks across the UK, with ongoing training, competitive pay around £44,000 when qualified, and a generous benefits package including bonus opportunities and 33 days leave.

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious driver to join Frontier's professional Bulk Fleet on a permanent, full-time basis.

Trainee Class 1 HGV Driver – Fully Funded Training

When you currently hold a Category B (Car) or Category C (Class 2) licence and are ready to take the next step in your driving career, we’ll support you in gaining your Category C+E (Class 1) licence through our fully funded Driver Development Programme.

Following the successful completion of your training, you'll join our Class 1 driving team, operating our fleet of next-generation DAF XG and XF trucks. Our vehicles are equipped with premium features designed to maximise driver safety, comfort and convenience, including:

• Built-in fridge
• Microwave
• Upgraded mattress
• Inverter
• CB radio
• Loading camera and weigher with in-cab display
• Park air cooling system
• 360-degree cameras
• Digital mirror system

We invest heavily in our drivers through continued training, wellbeing initiatives and career development, alongside opportunities to earn performance-related bonuses.

As part of this role, nights out will be required during your working week, depending on operational requirements.
