Job summary

Frontier Agriculture is recruiting for a Trainee Class 1 HGV Driver in the UK. The role offers a fully funded path to obtain a Category C+E (Class 1) licence through our Driver Development Programme and a permanent full-time position in our Bulk Fleet.

You will start with training and mentoring from experienced drivers, then operate next-generation DAF trucks across Frontier locations, farms and customer sites, with a clear career pathway and performance bonuses on offer.

Qualifications

• Full UK Cat B (Car) or Cat C (Class 2) licence.
• Willingness to learn and professional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with colleagues.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Transport product between Frontier locations, farms, stores and customer sites across the UK.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Be part of a career pathway with ongoing training and development.
