Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Business Developments, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing or Consulting experiences are beneficial, but not essential.
• Strong networking and goal-driven abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work extremely well under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple daily tasks.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential documents.
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Headhunting, chasing referrals, utilizing internal databases, and networking.
• Evaluating a number of applications and resumes.
• Proactively connecting with different applicants.
• Finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates.
• Negotiating pay and salary rates between interviewees.
• Enter, distribute, and regularly update candidates on the system.
• Maintaining and organizing the internal databases.
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
