Requirements

What you’ll do:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be a specialist in the Tech or Energy space, developing your knowledge within that area.

You will undergo an intensive, award-winning training program, graduating after four weeks into an environment of learning, support, and success.

You will be trained in the recruitment process: candidate management, client relationships, sales, and negotiations. You can also access Nology’s tech training program covering basics of agile, coding, and programming to communicate confidently with candidates and clients.
