Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma (Level 4) qualified or actively working towards it.
• Experience in an IFA practice or similar environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Intelliflo IO and Voyant tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Planners with pre-meeting preparation and follow-up actions.
• Provide administrative support to Consultants and handle client queries up to advice point.
• Prepare review packs, valuations and meeting materials; document outcomes.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and manage workflow to paraplanning/admin teams.
