Wealth Management firm in Newbury is recruiting a Trainee Financial Planner to join a structured programme that develops from administration to adviser status. You will work with experienced advisers, build client relationships and progress toward professional qualifications.

The role offers a clear career path, support to achieve the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and potential for Chartered Financial Planner status, with a focus on developing client administration and service

Qualifications

Commitment to achieving the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning through the Academy Programme.
Ambition to progress toward Chartered Financial Planner Status.
Previous administration experience is preferred.
Understanding of financial services market and products.
Familiarity with financial planning platforms is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Support advisers and planners with client administration activities.
