TEMPLEGATE RECRUITMENT in Nottingham is seeking an ambitious Financial Adviser to join a growing, close-knit team. You will manage and service an established client bank of approximately 300 clients, conduct meetings and regular reviews, and build long-term relationships to meet client needs.

The role requires Level 4 qualified Financial Adviser status and a drive to progress, with the employer offering development support and industry exam sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Managing and servicing an established client bank of ~300 clients.
• Conducting client meetings and regular reviews.

• Ensuring all advice complies with regulatory requirements.
• Working with paraplanning and administration teams.
• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and servicing an established client bank of approximately 300 clients
• Conducting client meetings and regular reviews
• Building and maintaining strong, long‑term client relationships
• Assessing clients' financial circumstances, objectives and needs
• Preparing and presenting recommendations to clients
• Ensuring all advice and client activity is carried out in line with regulatory requirements
• Working closely with the paraplanning and administration teams
• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
• Contributing to the continued growth and development of the business

What We're Looking For:

• Level 4 qualified Financial Adviser
• A trainee Adviser with the appropriate experience and a clear desire to progress may also be considered
• Previous experience within financial planning or wealth management
• Someone who is ambitious, passionate and hungry to develop their career
• A team player who will be a strong cultural fit within the existing team

Desirable Skills:

• Experience managing an established client bank
• Experience within an IFA or wealth management environment
