TEMPLEGATE RECRUITMENT is assisting a growing financial planning business in Nottingham to appoint an ambitious Financial Adviser to join a close-knit team. You will manage and service an established client bank and conduct regular reviews to tailor financial solutions.

The role offers a base salary of £35,000 with a 50% IAF uplift and a clear path towards professional examinations. A supportive environment encourages development within wealth management and regulatory-compliant advisory work.

Qualifications

• Level 4 qualified Financial Adviser
• A trainee Adviser with the appropriate experience and a clear desire to progress may also be considered
• Previous experience within financial planning or wealth management
• Someone who is ambitious, passionate and hungry to develop their career
• A team player who will be a strong cultural fit within the existing team

Responsibilities

• Managing and servicing an established client bank of approximately 300 clients
• Conducting client meetings and regular reviews
• Building and maintaining strong, long‑term client relationships
• Assessing clients' financial circumstances, objectives and needs
• Preparing and presenting recommendations to clients
• Ensuring all advice and client activity is carried out in line with regulatory requirements
• Working closely with the paraplanning and administration teams
• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
• Contributing to the continued growth and development of the business
