Trainee Field Sales Representative

Salary: £25K to £28K OTE, with a £21K basic salary, plus a company car, bonus, pension, benefits, career development, and a 5-day workweek.

The Candidate:

• Good technical knowledge; experience in car bodywork, bodyshop, or mechanical repair is beneficial but not essential.
• Some sales experience or the personality suited for sales.
• Good communication skills, negotiation, and deal-closing ability.
• Genuine interest in cars, bodywork, paintwork, and the automotive sector.
• Ability to develop new and existing accounts to grow turnover and profit.
• Ability to demonstrate technical products, highlighting features and benefits.
• Ability to promote new product lines.
• Build customer loyalty through strong relationships.
• Full driving license essential.
