Autoglass is recruiting both trainee and experienced technicians across the UK. You’ll learn with state-of-the-art tools and deliver top‑quality vehicle glass repair and replacement with a focus on customer care.

Starting salary is £28,555 for trainees, with experienced technicians earning up to £32,693.30 plus bonus potential and clear opportunities for progression within a leading national brand.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required for trainees; a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Full UK manual driving licence held or obtainable.
• Proactive, customer-focused with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Based in our centres or on the road repairing and replacing vehicle glass.
• Meet customers at homes or workplaces and deliver care meeting high standards.
• Use industry-leading tools to diagnose problems and complete repairs.
• Join a training programme with IMI-recognised qualification and ongoing development.

Trainee & Experienced Technicians

Weekly Working Hours:

Annualised hours, Operating Mon-Sat with Shifts Ranging from 7.30 am -6.00 pm (Rota provided in advance) Hours: Around 40 hours a week A full UK Manual driving licence (Required) Start date from November 2026

What Your Day Will Look Like

No two days are the same. You’ll be based in one of our centres or out on the road, meeting customers at their homes or workplaces- repairing and replacing vehicle glass to the highest standards using industry-leading tools. Above all, your role is about solving problems and delivering care that makes a difference.

Training & Development

• Full training programme for trainees
