Job summary

Autoglass is seeking trainee or experienced technicians to join its UK network. Based in one of our centres or visiting customers, you’ll repair or replace vehicle glass using industry-leading tools.

Trainees start at £28,555 with no prior experience required; experienced technicians can earn up to £32,693.30 plus bonus, with IMI-accredited training and clear progression. We value people who enjoy helping customers, drive safely, and can work independently with a full UK manual driving licence.

Weekly Working Hours: Annualised hours, Operating Mon-Sat with Shifts Ranging from 7.30 am - 6.00 pm (Rota provided in advance). Hours: Around 40 hours a week.

What Your Day Will Look Like

No two days are the same. You’ll be based in one of our centres or out on the road, meeting customers at their homes or workplaces—repairing and replacing vehicle glass to the highest standards using industry‑leading tools.
