Job summary

Laddaw Ltd. is hiring Trainee and Experienced Technicians in the UK. Start dates from November 2026. A full UK manual driving licence is required.

Starting salary for trainees is £28,555 and experienced salaries can go up to £32,693.30 plus bonus potential. State-of-the-art tools and IMI-aligned training are provided to develop skills on the job. You’ll work approximately 40 hours weekly, with shifts across Mon-Sat and a rota in advance.

• Full UK manual driving licence is required.
• Proof of right to work in the UK must be provided.

Responsibilities

Trainee & Experienced Technicians

Weekly Working Hours: Annualised hours, Operating Mon-Sat with Shifts Ranging from 7.30 am - 6.00 pm (Rota provided in advance).

Hours: Around 40 hours a week

What Your Day Will Look Like

No two days are the same.

You’ll be based in one of our centres or out on the road, meeting customers at their homes or workplaces—repairing and replacing vehicle glass to the highest standards using industry‑leading tools.
