Job summary

Connells Group in Watford is hiring a Trainee Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator) to join its residential sales team. The role offers a £25k basic salary with uncapped commission and structured development to become a fully-fledged estate agent.

You will learn the estate agency model through a comprehensive training programme, gaining exposure to Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land, and New Homes, with a clear career pathway and opportunities across Connells Group.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales.
• Maximise opportunities to arrange appointments for the Mortgage Advisor.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
