Connells Group in Kings Heath, Birmingham, is seeking a motivated Trainee Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator). This entry-level role offers full training, a clear career path, and exposure to Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land, and New Homes within one of the UK’s leading property brands.

You will learn the estate agency model through a structured development programme, with a £25k basic salary plus uncapped commission and strong progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales.
• Maximise opportunities to arrange appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
