Job summary

Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking a Trainee Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator) to join the William H Brown residential sales team in Hunstanton. This entry-level role offers structured development with exposure to Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land, New Homes, and other services, supported by industry-leading training.

With a £25k basic salary and uncapped commission, you will learn the estate agency model through a proven development program and clear career progression,

Qualifications

• Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales.
• Maximise opportunities to arrange appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
