Job summary

Connells Group in Wisbech is hiring a Trainee Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator) to join the William H Brown residential sales team. With full training provided, you will learn every aspect of the estate agency model and start a rewarding career in property.

£25k basic salary with uncapped commission, plus clear career progression and exposure to Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land and New Homes within one of the UK’s leading property brands.

Qualifications

• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and service.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales
• Maximise every opportunity to arrange appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
