Job summary

Connells Group in Oxford Rose Hill is seeking a Trainee Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator) to join its residential sales team. The role includes full training, a clear career path, and exposure to Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land, and New Homes within one of the UK’s leading property brands.

With a £25k basic salary and uncapped commission, you will learn the estate agency model through an industry-leading development programme and support from a market-leading organisation.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales.
• Maximise each opportunity to arrange appointments for the Mortgage Advisor.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
